Trades We Keep Filling

We do not list specific openings — when the right person calls, we make room. These are the roles we are constantly looking to grow.

Marine Carpenter

Frame piers, decks, and pile caps to spec. Work the saw and the hammer in equal measure.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years framing or marine carpentry experience
  • Comfortable on the water and on a barge
  • Valid Maryland driver license
  • OSHA-10 a plus, willingness to certify required

Pile Driver Operator

Run the rig from the barge or the bank. Set pilings to depth and plumb on every job.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years pile driving or equivalent heavy equipment
  • CDL preferred for tow rigs and trailered equipment
  • Read site plans and pile schedules
  • Sober, calm, and methodical under load

Estimator / Project Lead

Walk the property, draft the scope, price the work, and run the build through to handoff.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in marine construction or coastal trades
  • Knowledge of MDE and Army Corps permitting workflow
  • Strong written communication for homeowner updates
  • Comfortable carrying a project from sale to closeout
