Boat Covers

Custom Marine Concepts cover systems — cover your boat in 60 seconds or less. Digitally measured, hand-sewn in the USA, installed at your dock.

Why A Custom Cover

Cover Your Boat In 60 Seconds Or Less

Most boat covers stay in the dock box because they are a two-person, twenty-minute fight. A Marine Concepts cover rides on a patented track mounted to your dock or lift, so it glides over the boat like a curtain — one person can cover a 30-foot boat in about a minute. No snaps, no crawling across the deck.

Because the cover is patterned from a digital model of your exact hull, it cinches tight below the rub rail and down the hull. Pests, dirt, pollen, and UV stay out — you uncover a boat as clean as you left it.

Marine Concepts

How It Works

Measured, Sewn, And Installed To Fit

1

Digital measurement on your lift

We capture the exact dimensions of your boat with digital measuring tools. Marine Concepts' design team builds a model from that data and creates a pattern unique to your vessel — towers, arches, and outboards included.

2

Hand-sewn to order in the USA

Every cover is cut and hand-sewn by Marine Concepts' craftsmen in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, using next-generation Aqualon Edge marine fabric. No off-the-shelf sizing — your cover fits your boat and nothing else.

3

Track system installed on your dock

Our crew mounts the patented track system to your dock or lift and hangs the cover so it glides on and off like a curtain. The zipper and drawstring cinch a complete seal that extends to the bottom of the hull.

Materials

Built From Marine-Grade Fabric

Aqualon Edge fabric

Next-generation marine fabric that sheds weather and UV season after season. Hand-sewn seams built to be pulled on and off every weekend, not babied.

A complete seal

The zipper and drawstring design seals around the boat and extends to the bottom of the hull — insects, dust, weather, and sun stay out.

Mooring & travel covers

Boat lives on a mooring ball or a trailer? Marine Concepts builds custom mooring and travel covers too — same digital measurement, same fabric, no track required.

Tan Gray Black Navy Light gray

Five fabric colors — tan, gray, black, navy, and light gray — so the cover matches your boat and your dock.

Common Questions

Boat Cover FAQ

How fast can one person really cover a boat?

About a minute for a 30-foot boat. The cover hangs from a track mounted overhead, so you pull it across like a curtain, zip the entry, and cinch the drawstring. Covering the boat stops being the chore you skip on Sunday evening.

Will it work with my dock?

The track system installs on most structures — roofed docks, open-air docks and lifts, and sectional docks. We confirm the mounting layout during the site visit and tailor the install to your dock's framing.

Will it work with my boat lift?

Yes. Covers pair naturally with lifts — all of our installs go over a lifted boat. If you are planning both, we spec the lift and the cover together so the track and the cradle work as one system.

What boats can be covered?

Most boats between 20 and 60 feet: pontoons, tow boats, bow riders, center consoles, cruisers, and performance hulls. Because every cover is patterned from a digital model of your specific boat, towers, radar arches, and outboards are not a problem.

How is the cover made?

We digitally measure your boat on the lift. Marine Concepts' design team builds a model from that data, and their craftsmen hand-sew the cover in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, from Aqualon Edge marine fabric. Our crew installs the track and the cover when it arrives.

What does a custom cover system cost?

It depends on boat length and the track layout your dock needs. We measure first, then give you a firm written quote — no phone-call ballparks. Call (443) 699-0722 and we will set up a visit.

I keep my boat on a trailer or mooring — can I still get one?

Yes. Marine Concepts also builds custom mooring and travel covers. Same digital measurement, same hand-sewn Aqualon fabric — just without the dock-mounted track.
